Boricha is kind of an everyday tea that Koreans drink (along with oksusucha, which is roasted corn tea). You can find boricha at Korean supermarkets in the dried or tea section. In the summer I like to refrigerate it.
Recipe Ingredients:
1/3 cup roasted barley tea (boricha 보리차)
5-6 cups of cold water
Recipe Steps:
Get out ~ 1/3 cup of roasted barley tea (boricha 보리차). Blow off the loose skins.
Add 5-6 cups of cold water to a kettle and add the boricha. Boil.
You can serve hot or cold. Can boil leftover boricha 2-3 more times to get more out of the tea.
