Cinnamon Iced Tea
Refreshingly cool iced tea that can be enjoyed all year around.
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 cups warm water
- 3/4 cup of palm sugar
- In a large pot, bring the cinnamon stick and water to a boil. Lower the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cinnamon stick. Stir in the palm sugar until sugar dissolves.
- Allow to cool and refrigerate.
- Serve with ice.
