Please forgive about not good looking picture but it is great taste. Ground Chicken, tofu, egg white and cream corn soup simply seasoned with salt and sesame oil. Hearty soup.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Cream style Corn
  • 2 scallions
  • 1/4 lb Ground Chicken
  • 6 oz Tofu
  • 2 Egg White
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Recipe Steps:

  • 1.Chop scallion, Drain tofu and cut into small pieces.
  • 2.In a sauce pan, heat oil and cook ground chicken. Add water and cream corn. Bring it boil.
  • 3.Reduce heat, add tofu and salt, cover and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • 4.Beat egg white until stiff and add to the pan. Stir gently and simmer for 1 minute.
  • 5.Turn off the heat and add sesame oil. Serve.
