Oksusu Cha (Roasted Corn Tea)
- Handful of roasted corn (oksusu)
- Fill a large kettle with cold water.
- Throw a handful or two of roasted corn (oksusu) into the kettle. Boil and then reduce heat to medium-low for 10 more minutes.
- Serve hot. You can refrigerate the leftover tea and also drink cold ... quite refreshing.
- You can reboil the roasted corn remains another 2-3 times.
