Recipe Ingredients:

  • Handful of roasted corn (oksusu)
  • Water

Recipe Steps:

  • Fill a large kettle with cold water.
  • Throw a handful or two of roasted corn (oksusu) into the kettle. Boil and then reduce heat to medium-low for 10 more minutes.
  • Serve hot. You can refrigerate the leftover tea and also drink cold ... quite refreshing.
  • You can reboil the roasted corn remains another 2-3 times.
