I didn't grow up with fish sauce & lime, but I'm certainly becoming more addicted to it. i ate this with rice. i may try tilapia next time. i forgot that the snapper was so fleshy and tasty, was worth the cost. this is one of those meals you can eat a lot of fish & not feel guilty i may have finished off almost a 2 pounds of fish by myself! the broth it kept the fish moist. i ate the fish with rice and would scoop the broth on it. this receipe is easy once you have the staples at home. (like fish sauce)
