Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/8 cup chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 cup cooked Thai jasmine rice
  • 6-9 shrimps, deveined and deshelled
  • 2 tablespoons scallions and cilantro, minced
  • Fried garlic (optional as a garnish)

Recipe Steps:

  • In a medium sauce pan, bring water, chicken bouillon powder to a boil. Add rice and return to a boil, continuing to simmer, stirring occasionally. Stir in the shrimp, and cook until they turn pink. Right before serving add scallions and cilantro. Garnish with fried garlic.
