Sauteed beef and some vegetables with unique sauce, cayenne pepper, marmalade jam, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar. Pour the sauce over the ramen noodles which are boiled, not pan-fried. Top with crushed peanuts.
My original recipe. With cream corn, tofu and egg white, mild and soft texture and flavor, and looks like snow flake. Adding sesame oil brings out ethnic flavor. This might be between Japanese and Chinese dish?
